All Sales Are Final

All purchases for coaching services, packages, group programs, workshops, or events are final and non-refundable.

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of coaching, we are unable to offer refunds after payment has been made.

No Money-Back Guarantees

Carla Burrows Coaching and Consulting does not offer any money-back guarantees for coaching services or programs.

While we are confident in the value and benefits of our coaching, results depend on your active participation and commitment.

Rescheduling or Canceling Sessions

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hour notice.

Missed sessions or cancellations made without sufficient notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

Although refunds are not provided, Carla Burrows Coaching and Consulting may consider rescheduling or adjusting services in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to carlab@carlaburrows.com
